Delivery Coordinator (maternity replacement)

The figure will be responsible for planning, monitoring delivery activities and for the correct designation and allocation of consultants to clients, ensuring the achievement of objectives, compliance with the company’s financial obligations and identifying business forecasts and trends.

 

Specifically, he/she will be responsible for:

  • coordinating assigned projects, monitoring activities, timescales, costs, risks, performance and assuring the involvement of all stakeholders;
  • defining activity assignments, ensuring optimal coverage;
  • monitoring the progress of projects, checking that deadlines and deliverables are met and preparing SAL documentation;
  • facilitating communication between the various corporate functions;
  • periodically verifying compliance with the budget, managing any deviations;

The person will then be responsible for optimising the delivery of active projects, identifying available resources, reducing delivery times and maximising revenue from activities.

 

Requirements

 

The ideal profile holds a degree preferably in Economics, with experience in similar roles (staff planning, project staff coordination, people utilisation) and in project management.

 

It is required to have:

  • knowledge of financial management and reporting principles;
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities;
  • analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving.

Fluency in English is fundamental for frequent dialogue with the Headquarters.

 

Place of work: South of Milan.
